We’re thrilled to bring you some fantastic news about our employee share plans! As you might already know, Shareworks, the platform we've been using to manage share awards, has been acquired by Computershare. 

This acquisition means that all our share award information will be moved to the amazing new Computershare platform, EquatePlus. 

As part of this process we need to make sure that all data is transferred seamlessly between the two platforms. To facilitate the transfer of data successfully there will be a system freeze lasting five days, from 25 July to 31 July 2024 on all transaction within the system.

 

Impact of the data Freeze:

1. During this period, no transactions such as sales, exercise of options, transfers or plan enrolments will be possible.
2. Any transactions input prior to the freeze will be processed as normal.
3. Regular system access remains unaffected and you can view your shareholding at any time during this period on your Shareworks platform. 

You will be able to transact on EquatePlus from 01 August 2024.
